Reading a token page

Reading a token page

Every token has one page, at /token-detail/<contract address>. Here is what is on it and what each part actually tells you.

The header

Name, ticker, artwork, and a status badge — New, Live, Graduating (curve above 85%) or Graduated. The star adds the token to your watchlist. Add to wallet registers the token in your wallet so the balance shows up there.

The Status row

Further down, the token info panel has a Status row. Most of the time it reads Live or Graduated, but it can show a raw value:

ValueWhat it means for you
pendingCreated, not yet confirmed on-chain. Wait a moment.
live / unpausedTrading normally. unpaused just means it was paused before.
pausedTrading has been halted. You cannot buy or sell.
migratedGraduated — trades in the Uniswap pool.
failed_to_initializeThe launch transaction never succeeded. There is no token here to trade.

If you see one of the raw values, that is the app showing you the underlying state rather than a friendly label.

The contract address is displayed and links to the block explorer. This is the only identifier that is unique. Two tokens can share a name, a ticker and even artwork.

The chart

Candles with range tabs — 5m, 1H, 1D, 1W, ALL — updating live as trades land. It is built from trades recorded on-chain, so a brand new token has very little to show.

Elsewhere in the app you will see small sparklines on token cards. Those are a 24-hour shape only, green if the period ended higher than it started.

Curve progress

How full the bonding curve is. At 100% the token graduates. Once graduated the bar is replaced by a note that liquidity now lives in a locked Uniswap pool, and a Pool reserves card showing the ETH and tokens in the pool.

The safety card

A set of concentration signals, with an overall Low / Medium / High risk badge:

  • Dev holds — the share of supply held by the creator.
  • Top holder — the largest single wallet.
  • Top 10 hold — how much the ten largest wallets control between them.
  • Holders — how many distinct wallets hold any.
  • Bought at launch — wallets that bought in the first 60 seconds, flagged as sniped if that share is high.

These are signals, not guarantees. On a bonding curve early buys are normal — the risk being flagged is heavy concentration in a few wallets, because those wallets can sell into you.

The tabs

Trades — every buy and sell, with the wallet, the ETH and token amounts, the time, and a link to the transaction.

Holders — current balances and their share of supply.

Backers — who has delegated HH to promote this token, with unlock countdowns.

About — the description and the creator's links. Treat any link as unverified.

Comments

A flat thread, live-updating, 500 characters per post.

Only holders can post. If you do not hold the token you can read the thread but not write in it. You also need to be signed in, not just connected.

The trade panel

Buy and sell, on the right, sticky as you scroll. Before graduation it trades against the curve; after graduation it routes through the Uniswap pool. See Trading and pricing.

If you are the token's creator and it has earned anything, your creator rewards card sits underneath it.
